Therapy for me is a space where people can return to themselves, where the noise of expectation softens, and what has been buried can be heard.

I am a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative therapist with over 5 years of experience and 5000+ client facing hours. With an MSc in Clinical Psychology, I employ a relational approach, drawing from Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioural, Self-Compassion & Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

I work alongside individuals to uncover the resilience and strengths they already have to support their healing. My approach is collaborative and paced according to what feels safe and meaningful for you. Together, we explore your experiences without judgment or pressure.

Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns, others on processing emotions, and sometimes simply on having a space where you can be fully yourself. Outside the therapy space, you'll find me immersed in books, running marathons, and enjoying quality time with my cats.
